We received 3 Sidlab products. Sidlab Smoothing Shampoo, Conditioner and gel. All three products were used according to the directions, Shampoo twice- The first shampoo doesn’t lather much, but it does lather really well during the second shampoo.The smell is an acquired smell, but either way it was a “fresh” smell. .
As for the Conditioner – apply and leave in for about a minute and a half, rinse. My hair felt smooth and silky right out of the shower, no hair tangles and no problem combing. The smell was also a fresh smell. After applying the gel, combing it through, and drying the hair; I did not add tension like it specified on the directions because I didn’t need to. I didn’t use anything other than a comb in this process (Typically I would have used a round brush).
When I was finished my hair was straight, smooth, and silky! I am a fan of Sidlab! At least in regards to the product samples we received! All I did to finish my hair off was run my flat iron through the ends of my hair. I didn’t need anything else. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone with wavy hair to help smooth it out!
