How can I make my fine limp hair fuller??

Use a volumizing mousse or foam. I personally love Redken Guts, it's an old product but it's fabulous! You could also try Aquage Uplifting Foam. I use that now and love it as well.. When you blow dry your hair use a round brush. The larger the brush the more volume you'll get.(it should wrap around your hair at least once) The smaller the brush the more curl you'll get.
