Of course people still get perms! Not as much because people are straightening there hair so much now. If you do get a perm get one with the largest rollers (because of your long hair) so that it's easy to blow out if you want. Don't let them talk you into a spiral. With your long hair most will try to talk you into a spiral. Anyways, make sure before you get any chemical treatments that your hair is in good condition to handle the next chemical..
