my hair is yellow and falling out!

I bleached my brown hair using 40 vol peroxide, and it went orange.
I stupidly bleached it again the next day, again with 40 vol peroxide, and my hair is now not only banana yellow, but when I pull the ends it simply stretches then breaks off.

I dont know what to do, I don't know whether my bright yellow hair is going to fall out. :|

I really really want hair this colour

Well sadly but true, your first mishap was bleaching with 40 vol. Your second was doing it twice in two days.. Your hair is going to continue to fall out because of how damaged it is. As of right now, it's too light to achieve the color you want. you are going to need to add two different darker blondes with a light brown. (all three in foil highlights) I can tell you, anymore color that you add or take out of your hair. #1 the color will not last because of how much was taken out already. #2 the amount of damage your hair has already experienced is only going to get worse the more you do to it. Sorry, but that's the harsh truth.
