soft cool unsure of hair colors

I am what my stylist describes as a 'soft cool'. I have cool, quite pale skin with some freckles. Naturally, my hair has a range of colours if you look at the individual strands: Blond, medium brown, brown, dark brown, and sometimes (in strong sunlight) a tiny amount of bronze strands. All over it's a dull light brown on appearance. I can't wear any warm colours like warm brown, red, etc... However, I look good in greys, silver and white. My eyes are grey-blue.

What kind of hair colours would you advise me to have? I would like highlights instead of block colour, but I can possibly change the entire colour, then add highlights.
