uncooperative hair kt

I need advice on the best haircut for me. I seem to have multiple issues when trying to find the right one. While my face appears to be oval shaped, I have a high forehead which I like to hide. I usually do this with a side part and an occasional set of bangs. People always suggest a longer side-swept bang (I like the idea), but I also have hair that loves to kink. While it won't hold an artificial curl for much longer than 30 minutes (unless a large amount of Aquanet is used), it has some natural waves which appear in humidity or just at inopportune times in general. This means if I put my hair behind my ear, it will kink. My hair is not thick (but not absurdly thin), so I would like to add a little volume as well. My hair is currently long, and I'd like to keep it below the shoulders if possible. Is there any haircut that will work well with all of these issues?

If you have an oval face you can usually wear your hair in any style.

Second.. With the information you gave me, I'm thinking cut it to your collar bones, add a long(to the nose) side bang, angle your hair from there down. Also add long layers through out.
That will give you the volume you need and the style is so versatile you can do so much with it.

If you want to keep curl in your hair use a thermal spray. One of my favorites is Redken Spray Starch. It will protect your hair from the heat and add hold.

Good Luck and I'd love to know how it goes!!!

Thanks
