I recommend cutting your hair to your collar bone adding layers around your face and through out the rest of your hair, with a side bang.. That is if you want a slight change...
If you want something more drastic go with a straight bang at the brow with a solid bob just below the chin...
Now that's just what I think looking at the picture. You also need to take into consideration what kind of time you will put into it, the products you're willing to buy, and if you're going to keep up with it. Option #1 is going to be the cut/style with the least amount of time, maintenance and money.. The 2nd option will require more..
